Returns being sent from within the United States are simple and easy! We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days (from the original purchase date) for issues such as:

  • Incorrect size (either too big or too small)
  • General dissatisfaction or complaint (don’t like it/thought it was something else)
  • At this time, we are unable to process returns/exchanges on orders outside the United States.

For all returns: please keep the original packaging and refrain from washing or using the products. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or show visible signs of use.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be in a clean condition, and free from hair, debris, or dirt to be accepted.
  • Products should be unworn and unwashed, and all original tags must remain attached.

Non-Returnable/Refundable Items

  • Items that are discontinued or no longer available.
  • Items purchased on final sale, last chance sale, or limited-edition release.
  • Items reserved (on preorder) or requiring heavy item shipping are non-returnable refundable.

Take special note of the following:

  • Limited edition items, Socks, Stickers, and Patches are not available for exchanges or returns.
  • All returns undergo manual inspection when it’s delivered to our HQ.
  • If the return doesn’t meet the criteria defined above, it will be rejected, and the item sent back to you.
  • Refunds and credits are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Store Credit Returns receive a full refund PLUS a $5 bonus credit!
  • Refunds to the original payment method require a $7.50 return label fee.
  • For purchases part-card or part-gift card, the refund is applied to the gift card first.

Note: All refunds cover the total item amount minus shipping charges.
